At Florida Drone Supply, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your drone or accessories, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging with all factory seals intact and includes all original accessories and manuals.

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any products back to our facility.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the item in a sturdy shipping box with the RMA number clearly marked on the exterior to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return via a carrier that provides tracking information and insurance, as Florida Drone Supply is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
